Enrolling is easy as filling out forms and submitting the required payment and you’ll be enrolled with Alabama Learning Academy. Of course, you do have to submit the CSEF to the board of education for you to be fully enrolled.

To complete FIRST-TIME ENROLLMENT use this form: Application for New Enrollment
Do you need to fill this form out? YES, if you’re a new enrollment! This form includes up to five students’ church school enrollment forms. You do not have to fill out the Church School Enrollment Form below if you have less than five students enrolled. The form below is for additional students starting a sixth student.

Do you need to fill this form out? YES, but only if you’re enrolling more than five students!!! The first five Church School Enrollment Forms will be included in the Application for New Enrollment! If you have more than five students you’ll need one form per student!
Re-Enrollment Form
Do you need to fill this form out? YES, ONLY if you’re a RE-ENROLLING!
Form to Re-Enroll: Re-Enrollment Form
You can use this form to re-enroll each year, but ONLY if you were enrolled last year.
Remember when re-enrolling you will only receive a confirmation email telling you that your students have successfully been re-enrolled. You only have to send the Board of Education the CSEF once, unless you’ve moved or you’ve added a student.

Attendance
We list the attendance form here in case any parents want to use it. The law states that Public Schools, Private Schools, and State-Certified Tutors have to report attendance, but NOT a Church School! We’re a Church School!
