All sales are final.

Because Alabama Learning Academy issues enrollment documents, records, transcripts, diplomas, and curriculum access immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds on any purchase — including enrollment and re-enrollment fees, instant records, transcripts, diplomas, and curriculum subscriptions.

Please review your order carefully before paying. If a document contains a typo that was entered incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will correct and re-issue it at no charge.
